Location: Leetonia, OH - This can be a hybrid remote schedule, but you need to be near Leetonia, OH
Salary: 150,000- $200,000/year + Incentives
Travel: 40-70% of the time. Travel trips will be 1-3 days within the US

We are a leading provider of extrusions and quality aluminum products.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Primary responsibility for overseeing our strategic expansion within the Automotive market
  • Develop, articulate, and execute a robust sales strategy to expand value-added sales
  • Lead both Inside and outside sales teams in business growth objectives
  • Stay knowledgeable in industry trends, market conditions, and competitor initiatives within Automotive
  • Create and execute sales plans to meet targets
  • Implement your strong marketing skills to develop and implement sales and promotional strategies
  • Maintain superb customer relationships and act as the liaison between company personnel and customers

What You Need for this Position

  • Ideal candidate will have previous experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of the Aluminum/ Aluminum Extrusion industry is a big bonus
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in metal sales ( aluminum extrusion is ideal)
  • Ability to set vision, strategy and manage execution
  • Strong Marketing experience and background
  • Proven record of Automotive industry engagement
